Jim Gilliam, President
Jim Gilliam is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance. He began his career as a financial analyst with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. After various banking and investment related positions, he purchased C.D. Bates & Co., a leader in the filler and extender market serving the forest products industry. Since that purchase, he has formed two additional successful corporations in related industries.
As President of HT Staffing, Jim lends his vast business knowledge and experience to ensure the company’s continued success.
Mark Turpin, Director of Operation
Mark Turpin brings many years of staffing industry experience with him to HT Staffing. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and began work in the staffing industry as an on-site temporary staffing coordinator for Adecco Employment Services at Apple Computer in Austin, Texas. He progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately becoming Adecco’s top national sales representative for professional placement in 1998 and 1999. He now leads operation activities at HT Staffing to strengthen our market position in both temporary and full-time services.
Kelly Bledsoe, Managing Partner, Houston Area
Kelly Bledsoe has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and the staffing industry. She is currently leading our Houston region and managing strategic partnerships with a broad range of clients.
Kelly began her career in Human Resources at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. and was promoted to HR Manager. She later accepted a position with Venturi Partners as a Branch Manager and was eventually promoted Area Manager. While there, her branches produced over 9 million in revenue for the Houston region.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and received her certification in Professional Human Resource Development from Rice University. She is an active member of HR Houston as well as of the Greater Houston Partnership.
Nad Elias, Managing Partner, HT Staffing Professional
Nad has built a 10-year career in the staffing industry that includes all aspects of client and candidate development. He has significant experience building long-term relationships and managing large scale staffing projects nationwide with small to mid-size organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies.
He came to HT Staffing from Allstates Technical Services, an IT and Engineering placement firm, where he had national responsibility for the direct placement division. His experience includes working for an executive search firm and holding industry sales and marketing roles.
Nad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active board member of the American Marketing Association and is involved in the Austin Software Council, Council of Logistics Management, and the Austin Young Men’s Business League. He has also received yearly recognition from the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants as one of the top 50 recruiters in Texas.
Stacy Cook, Accounting Manager
Stacy Cook is a graduate of Lamar University at Beaumont with a B.B.A. in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting and MIS. She is an innovative professional with over 19 years of progressive management, accounting, finance and administrative experience in diverse areas with demonstrated initiative, creativity and success.
She has worked in various fields including public accounting, large corporate structures, and oil and gas.
