Our Recruitment Process
Great people equal great results. And at HT Staffing Professional, it is our job to seek out great people for your positions.
Here’s how we do it:
1. Assessment.
We take the time to understand your company, your search, and what technical, functional, and cultural aspects make a great candidate for you. We also establish the overall hiring expectations and timeframe expected.
2. Sourcing.
We have a wide variety of resources we use to find candidates, including an extensive candidate database, Internet searches, directories, associates, and cold calling competitor companies.
3. Recruitment.
Our recruiting team then contacts these candidates, qualifies them, and presents the opportunity to generate interest.
4. Screening & Hiring.
Once we have screened and interviewed the most qualified candidates, we will then present only the top talent to you. We coordinate interviews and manage the candidate throughout the entire hiring process.
